Order preparation and travel time

After payment authorization succeeds, allow approximately 1–2 business days for us to prepare an order. Carrier transit begins after dispatch and is estimated at another 4–6 business days. Weekends and applicable holidays are excluded from both business-day estimates, and neither stage guarantees a particular arrival date.

Destination and delivery charges

We ship within the United States. Enter the complete delivery address at checkout to see the shipping service and charge offered for that order. Please review the street, unit, city, state and ZIP code before paying; once fulfillment has progressed, an address correction may no longer be possible.

Tracking and delivery concerns

A tracking number may be issued before the carrier posts its first scan. Weather, peak volume and carrier disruption can delay later updates. If movement stops, a parcel appears lost, or delivery is marked complete but the package cannot be found, email patelmohit284r@gmail.com with the order and tracking numbers after checking the delivery area and other recipients at the address.

Damage in transit

Keep the parcel, packaging and included pieces if anything arrives damaged or incomplete. Photographs of the product, package and shipping label can help us investigate. The Refund Policy explains the return and exchange request process.
