What does this store offer?

The catalog includes Cirkul bottles, tumblers, starter kits, flavor cartridges, Singles and bundles. Read the selected product's capacity, flavor, option and included-item details before ordering.

When should an order arrive?

Normal preparation takes about 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization. Estimated carrier transit is a separate 4–6 business days after dispatch. Weekends and applicable holidays are not business days. Checkout shows the shipping choices and charges for the address entered.

Can I return something that is not defective?

Yes. Defective and non-defective returns and exchanges are accepted when requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Merchandise must be new, and a non-defective return must be unused. See the Refund Policy for all conditions.

How is an approved return mailed?

Obtain approval and the correct destination first. Use the free prepaid return label included in the package. Contact us if the label is missing or cannot be used. No restocking fee applies. A replacement depends on actual availability.

What happens after a refund is approved?

We process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Your financial institution may need more time to show it in the account.
